    Worst customer service. I bought 2 brand new phone from them not to lang ago. I have problem with both. once a while when I want to charge the phone I got error saying that Moisture detected in charging port. I went back to get help. I asked for the manager, Erasom Ramirez came to help me. He told me that I dropped my phone in water! that's why my phone does not get charge and wont turn on then he took his cellphone out, turned on the flashlight looked inside the USB port and he said oh look here the USB port is fried and they cant do anything for me because the warranty would not cover physical damage and I have to pay for a new phone then he told me he is not tech and he doesn't know anything. I asked for another help for my billing and he said he cant help me and he will send one of the best employer to help me! I told him I may need your help and he refused to talk to me. I forget the guys name who helped me but he did not know anything about what I am talking about, he did not even know what at&t offers. I told him if we do paper less and auto pay I will get discount for my at&t TV and Internet bill. he told me he never heard about such a thing. I copy their offer on the end for those employer that dont know anything. please send those employer to a training or at least tell them to just ask don't say no there is nothing like that.
    I took my phone to a repair shop they look at it and they said those phone never dropped in water. they look inside the sim tray and they said there is no color change.
    I suggest to at&t to hire more people that has more knowledge about what at&t offers. Manager need to go to training for a better customer service and get some knowledge about the phone so they know what they talk about.
    Tell the manager if you don't know anything and they are not a tech don't tell your customer what is wrong with their phone.
    I copy this from the at&t website for those people work in at&t and they don't know anything about it.
