  Went in for lunch and the restaurant was approximately half full. Ordered standard lunch entrees (two taco plates) for 3 people. 35 minutes later and still no food, so we requested and received a refund. Other patrons were clearly upset with the ridiculous wait time also. Only when asked, the manager stated "we're busy," and did not even apologize. Incompetent manager and untrained staff who don't deserve your business. If you have a lot of time on your hands and feel like waiting around endlessly for your food, go here. If not, head to a different Rubio's, as their food is still great.
