  Rude, unprofessional staff. On our initial visit, waited over 1 hour and finally walked out without being seen. 2 weeks later, made a morning appointment and was seen within 20 minutes. The examination went without problems. Their recommendation was a root canal and a crown. Their estimated cost for the treatment plan included a $700 crown which they KNEW was NOT covered by our insurance! That's money OUT OF POCKET folks! This office did not even have the courtesy to offer another crown (porcelain) which WAS covered by our insurance. When I confronted them about that, Adella, (office staff) said she would fax over the new corrected estimate. After one day without receiving the fax, I called Adella again for the new paperwork. She replied, and I quote, "when I get to it"... She never did; WE NEVER WENT BACK!! This doctor's office is here only to squeeze the most money out of your pockets. Avoid this place and avoid the headaches. Horrible customer service! Dr. Redford, tear down your entire office staff!

  I found RC Dental at 11180 Sun Center Drive Rancho Cordova , CA. 916-368-0440. What a difference!! Excellent customer service, excellent, and fair pricing! Works well with your insurance company! No surprises!
