  It honestly saddens me to say this but this is not the first time I have not experienced great service at this certain establishment. I have been coming here since it opened . Whenever I call to order I only ask if I can have light sauce on the pizza I've been ordering pizzas like this all the time but sometimes the manager in charge of all tell me that I cannot order with light sauce . Or sometimes they'll tell me I can order with light sauce but I have to pay a $2 fee just to get light sauce . I find this really outrageous today as I spoke with the manager at this exact location he told me I could not order light sauce on a pizza because they are "as is" I politely told him that I order this way all the time how come sometimes I can order this way and sometimes I cannot he stated that all pizzas are as is and I asked him what if I have a food allergy how would I go about ordering a pizza with this company then . The manager then hung up on me I called back and asked if he hung up on me and he said that the phone got disconnected . All in all I called at 11 AM wanting to order a pizza for my family with light sauce and I believe that they just did not want to make another pizza as they just opened. I'm sad to say that I will not be returning to this establishment because of the rude customer service that I have to experience from time to time and cannot receive anything of a consistent nature. I have been in the restaurant and industry since I was 16 years old and this is the first review that I have had to write because of bad customer service. I hope we can get better so that maybe one day I can return to this location since I'm a huge fan of the pizzas there
