  5 people came by and stated they would be with us in a minute.
  We were sat at a booth with a tear in the cushion that was liberally duct taped.
  A bus boy came by and flopped his box of utensils down and proceeded to hand out dirty utensils. The waitress told him to get that off the table and brought clean utensils with napkins.
  Not long after receiving the menus, another waitress came by and asked for our menus to give to another table, apparently a menu shortage?
  After ordering, it took 47 minutes to get our food.
  The over easy eggs I ordered looked good at first, but two eggs were placed over two that the yokes were broken and the eggs scorched.
  This has been my go too Black Bear. I have been to many. I have noticed that the quality of food and service has become inconsistent depending on which Black Bear you go to.
  Please fix your problems.
