  This place sucks. The actual condos aren't bad but the HOA is a nightmare. We were abruptly told one day before this happened. We were given a letter stating that due to rain our porch would have to be replaced due to dry rot and that we would not have access to our home from 8am-4pm anytime throughout the repairs and they didn't know how long it would take -- WTFFF. So my boyfriend and I had to schedule our work around this time frame for MANY DAYS. This took over a week. Once those repairs were done and they had destroyed the interior drywall from hitting the walls so hard, we had to call to have the inside repaired as well. After all of this, the HOA refused compensation for the inconvenience of us moving our working schedules, and not have any use of our porch. We are now getting lawyers involved of course because they will not get away with this. I can't wait to get out of this place! BEWARE
