    So I was at the atnt at Mack road and this lady was on her phone the whole entire time pretending to be busy and not wanting to help us. When we walked in they didn't even greet us or make eye contact. Really bad customer service. We stood there for a good 10min before the other lady that was with the other customer FINALLY came and help. Never go to that atnt store. Very unprofessional.
