  After being a customer of Chase for over 7 years I am disappointed that they have chosen to disregard the fact that their ATM machine at this location is problematic when used for cash deposits. It steals your money plain and simple. I lost $300.00 and Chase investigations doesn't investigate at all. They are a big bank and I'm a small customer. Well this small customer is taking her business elsewhere. If you use Chase and this branch - DO NOT use the ATM to deposit cash.
